Autumn members night at the Observatory – cancelled
What could be better than an evening of stargazing with hot soup, bread rolls, amazing telescopes and great company? Well, we’re planning just that with an observing session for all BAS members at our Failand Observatory on the first clear night of Tue 29, Wed 30 October, or Tue 5, Wed 6 November starting at 7.30 pm.
If you’ve not yet seen our new Star-Chair 3000 binocular observing chair, or the Meade LX600 SCT or SeeStar S50 electronic telescope, then please come along.
Don’t forget to bring with you a mug for the hot soup and tea or coffee.
This week both nights cancelled due to poor weather. Please look out for event next week, 5th and 6th of November. Let’s hope weather is better.
