Observatory Group Request

To request a Group Event at our Observatory please complete the details below then select the submit button which will notify our secretary and outreach co-ordinator of your request. 

Please include in the Message the name of our organisation, approximate number of people wishing to attend and your preferred dates.  To improve the chance of requesting a clear night, please indicate some alternative dates. Our outreach co-ordinator will respond and may need to suggest other dates.

The number of possible attendees.
Please specify starting date for the visit. Due to weather we may not be able to accommodate specific dates.
Leave blank if no required end date.
If you have a preferred specific day, please specify. We will try our best to see if we can accommodate the day, but as astronomy is very weather dependant this might not be possible.
