MON (Members Observing Night)

I am intending to open the observatory on Friday for members at 8.30 pm weather permitting.
A chance to learn how to operate the club telescopes and/or observe targets on show. Bring your own telescope if you wish.
John Huntley will have some anti-pollution filters to try so we can see how they improve viewing of nebulae. I will be bringing a special adaptor to allow us to take some snaps with our smart phones.
