Friday night is observing night!
The plan this week is to open the observatory after the club meeting around 9.00 PM.
The weather forecast is looking good at the moment ( on Wednesday) so the final decision will be made at the club meeting.
The dominant object will be the full ‘Harvest’ moon located between Jupiter and Saturn. Of interest, Io enters eclipse at 10:16 PM BST (21:16 UT)
